FootbalLab’s multilevel methodology allows personalized and structured soccer lessons according to the needs and requirements of each player.
The highly psychological aspect of the method allows you to convey confidence in your abilities, implicitly giving players the freedom to express themselves and their skills with complete confidence.
In addition to individual technical improvement, FootbalLab training includes introductory soccer activities for beginners (children and adults) and for people with mild motor disabilities.
FootbalLab is designed to be an additional support for the player to their regular soccer activities carried out in their club where he/she plays without hindering and replacing the work done in his/her coaches
The methodology used with goalkeepers is based on a multilevel approach, with improvement objectives established after an initial evaluation.
The training used is intense and fun. Qualitative exercises are proposed on basic and advanced technical elements and diving techniques, coordination skills and tactical aspects related to the role of the goalkeeper.
GK training is conducted by UEFA licensed professional GK coach.
We offer 3 levels of training:
The trainee instructor is a candidate, considered suitable by the Technical Team, to carry out a first internship and training period in one of the FootbalLab offices. The duration of the internship is established during the interview with the candidate. The training period implies participation in the program that must be carried out in its entirety. This means that all absences during the coaching training moments will be made up to complete the established number of hours. The training is managed by internal trainers to ensure complete understanding of the T-LAB technical protocol.
The courses consist of three training modules related to the technical teaching methodology adopted by FootbalLab.
Each module includes a theoretical presentation meeting and five practical lessons in the field lasting two hours each.
All people with a healthy passion for soccer can access the course, without necessarily previous experience and academic or technical qualifications.
The course aims to improve teaching knowledge (theoretical aspects) and demonstrative skills (practical aspects) through the teaching model with the “Individual training system” method, also useful for those who form a team.
For each module there is a certificate of participation that will be issued at the end of the course.
FootbalLab, through its coaches and collaborators, offers its consultancy as a valid technical support for soccer clubs that intend to further enhance, stimulate and improve the qualities of their members. Didactic collaboration with sports clubs contributes to the development of the potential of students and instructors, supporting the technical work carried out. The training programs aimed at sports clubs are developed according to the planned and possible objectives, identified according to the needs of the company. The training can be directed directly to the instructors or in support of the teams with specific technical training carried out in small groups.
